Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announces that Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer will soon step down from his role but will continue to handle several important matters.

<p>Activists on the international flotilla to Gaza claimed that several of their ships were attacked by unidentified vessels, some of which sailed without lights.
