<p>A source in the Palestinian Arab terror organizations told the <i>Al-Araby Al-Jadeed </i>newspaper that the joint operations room of the Palestinian Arab organizations in Gaza has agreed to raise the alert level among activists, in preparation for the possibility of the resumption of the war.</p><p>According to the source, instructions were issued to the groups responsible for securing the Israeli hostages to tighten procedures and return to those that were in effect in the past, before the first phase of the ceasefire agreement took effect on January 19.</p>

<p>Police Spokesman Ariyeh Doron addressed the murderous terror attack in Haifa and stated that "the incident has not concluded. One terrorist was neutralized, and we are searching for accomplices. After completing the search, we will declare the end of the incident." Large amounts of police and security forces are operating in the area.</p>

The terrorist who was eliminated at the scene of the Haifa stabbing attack was identified as Yitro Shahin, a 20-year-old Israeli Arab from Shfar'am. The terrorist reportedly arrived at the scene of the attack by bus, and upon his arrival, began stabbing fellow passengers. After that, he disembarked from the bus and continued on a rampage at the bus stop, until his was shot by a security guard.

<p>Ayalon Highway northbound has been closed from HaHalacha Interchange to the Rokach Interchange and will reopen to traffic at 5:00 a.m.. The closure is due to overnight work to install signage bridges as part of the "Fast Lanes" project by the Ministry of Transportation and Ayalon Highway.</p><p>Due to the work, it will not be possible to enter Ayalon from HaHalacha Interchange, only from the Rokach Interchange. Similar closures are expected tomorrow during the same hours.</p>

<p>Lebanese President Joseph Aoun is expected to visit Saudi Arabia on Monday.</p><p>This will be Aoun's first visit outside the country since taking office.</p>

<p>Egypt is working to fully restore humanitarian aid to Gaza, sources told the Saudi channel <i>Al-Hadath </i>on Sunday night.</p><p>The sources added that the mediators are making efforts to extend the ceasefire until the disputes over the second phase are resolved. Additionally, the sources noted that the mediators demanded that Israel refrain from resuming military operations, while Israel set a condition for Hamas to be disarmed before the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip begins.</p>
