<p>Arab reports say that Abed al-Rahim Masha'al, brother of Hamas leader Khaled Masha'al, was released from US prison after 20 years.</p><p>He was sentenced due to his involvement in an organization which funded the Hamas terror group.</p>

<p>Abu Mohammad al-Julani has called on the Syrian nation to go out and celebrate the victory publicly - but without the traditional celebratory gunshots, so as not to scare people. "After that, we will begin to rebuild the country."</p><p> </p>
